Which is the Correct Spelling: Moustache or Mustache?

An Englishman spells it moustache, whilst an American spells it mustache. Moustache is also the preferred spelling in all the main varieties of English outside the U.S.

Can I Return My Moustache Cup?

Why would you want to return…ok… you just want an answer. We’ll accept returns gladly but the cup must be in mint condition and postage will have to be paid by you. We give you a 2 week period from when the postman has delivered your moustache cup, to decide otherwise. Just send us an email and we'll take it from there.

How Much is Posting & Packaging?

Posting and packaging is free unless you require an urgent dispatch, in which case an additional charge will be added depending on current tariffs.  All postings are with Royal Mail: 2nd class standard delivery unless an other option is selected.

Is My Moustache Cup Dishwasher/Microwave Safe?

Yes it is, but it shortens life. Also the microwave will leave the outside of the cup and handle hot to the touch due to the porous nature of earthenware so be careful!

What's The Best Way To Keep My Cup Clean?

Slipware that has stained can be cleaned by soaking the moustache cup in some hot water and gently scrubbing the cup with a plastic or normal scouring pad. Do not use a metal scouring pad since it may damage the earthenware.

What Do You Mean By Hand Made?

Each moustache cup is handmade by our potter, using only his hands and a pottery wheel. We never use moulds or templates, your cup really is one of a kind and could not be replicated exactly. It is a piece of art, not just a practical product. Read more about the Process of making your cup.
